AIOU Degree Form Download

I was doing Matriculation from Allama Iqbal Open University. I was required the Degree Form, I just opened the AIOU website and downloaded the Degree Form from their website. Degree Form was in pdf file and when i print the Degree Form it was not clear because the Form was not in Soft copy. It was scanned by AIOU and they uploaded it on their website.
So i have downloaded the Degree Form and I was able to clean the form and I am uploading here for you. If you need Degree Form then feel free to download this form.
